When His Son Asked A Doll For A Toy, This Dad Reacted How A Real Man Should!

During a routine trip to a toy store, a dad from California didn't really expect that his son will choose a doll for a toy.

When Mikki Willis of Ojai, California found out that his 4-year-old son, Azai, wanted a doll over any other toy, he didn't hesitate to buy it for his kiddo. He then posted a video on Facebook showing his kid's new doll, along with some very strong words.

"How do you think a dad feels when his son wants to get this?" Willis asks, holding up the mermaid doll. "I let my boys choose their life." "Choose your expression," he says in the video.

"Choose what you're into. Choose your sexuality. Choose whatever. You have my promise right now, both of you, as we sit in this car, in the hot car, in this parking lot, you have my promise forever to love you and accept you no matter what life you choose."

How would you feel if your son chose this??Jukin Media Verified (Original)* For licensing / permission to use: Contact - licensing(at)jukinmediadotcom

He is definitely a cool dad. Most dads will be angry. I just love how sweet this dad is.

If this happened to me, the first words out of my mouth would be, "Why?" I love my kids and I just want to understand what it is that drove my son to ask for a doll.

Lol..... My brother and I were a year apart growing up.. So if I had a Barbie, he needed on too... If he wanted a baseball, well I all of a sudden needed a baseball lol

To prepare my son for the arrival of our new child I got my son a baby doll to carry. I think the transition helped him when he was a toddler.

Way to go, Dad! That is exactly how my husband and I approach these things!
