Robert Blair Carabuena, for those people who still don't know, is the person who caught on tape while mauling an MMDA officer (Saturnino Fabros).

As soon as the video is uploaded and the news spread out, the netizen, specially from YouTube, Twitter and Facebook made a huge uproar. Tweets and comments are spreading here and there about him, his name and his social profiles.
